Itinerary
After breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru National Park with stopovers at the Rift Valley escarpment and Lake Elementaita. Arrive for lunch at Kivu Resort, then head out for an afternoon game drive. Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, proceed to Masai Mara through scenic Great Rift Valley views. Arrive for lunch and head out on an afternoon game drive running until sunset. Dinner and overnight at Mara Manyatta Camp.
Full day with morning and afternoon game drives across the Mara. An optional visit to a Maasai village can be arranged to experience their culture and traditions first-hand. All meals and overnight at Mara Manyatta Camp.
Full day game drive visiting the Mara River for hippo and crocodile viewing. With over 450 recorded species — lions, rhinos, leopards, elephants, cheetahs, wildebeest, zebra and more — the Mara is unparalleled. Witness the Great Migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti. Dinner and overnight at camp.
After breakfast, depart the Mara with picnic lunch en route and cross the Kenya–Tanzania border at Isebania/Serare into the Serengeti — meaning "endless plains" in Maasai. Game drive en route if time permits. Dinner and overnight at Ikoma Tented Camp.
A full day exploring the Serengeti — home to the largest remaining concentration of plains game in Africa. An immersive day of game drives and photography across the vast plateau, widely regarded as one of the most unique wildlife areas in the world. Dinner and overnight at camp.
Early breakfast at 06:00, then depart for Ngorongoro with picnic lunches. Descend into the crater floor — 20km wide and 600m deep — for a half-day tour. Home to some 20,000 mammals including ~20 black rhino and one of the highest carnivore densities in the world: lions, cheetahs, hyenas, jackals, and leopards. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Rhino Lodge.
After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park (2,850 km² — Tanzania's sixth largest park). Lunch en route, followed by an afternoon game drive. Known for its enormous elephant herds, Tarangire also offers wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, lion, leopard, rhino, warthog, pythons and over 50 bird species. Overnight at Tarangire Safari Lodge.
After breakfast, depart for Amboseli via Arusha town and Namanga border. Lunch at Namanga, then cross into Kenya after immigration formalities. Arrive at Amboseli and check in at Kibo Safari Camp. Afternoon game drive in the park. Dinner and overnight at camp.
Early morning game drive as clouds part to reveal the majestic, snow-capped peak of Kilimanjaro. A full day of unlimited game viewing drives exploring the park's elephants, predators, and grazers. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and overnight at Kibo Safari Camp.
Early pre-breakfast game drive in search of predators and grazers, followed by a final game drive before departing for Nairobi. Arrive in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight at 67 Airport Hotel.
Very early morning 4-hour game drive in Nairobi National Park. Lunch at the iconic Carnivore Restaurant. Depart for the airport. End of safari.
